I will be launching a new series on recruiting for the veterinary practice. It is a big topic right now and lots of managers are struggling and stressed over it.
My series will cover the search, the recruitment phase, the on-boarding or more like “keeping them” phase. I will discuss some of my really successful methods as well as some of my less than amazing moves when recruiting new hires. I will also share what I am seeing on social media from job seekers. It’s very interesting the gap that is forming and we as managers need to try to fill it.
Look for this series to drop right after Christmas so we can go into the New Year armed with a great mind set and approach to recruiting our best veterinary team yet!
